My Mission

To humble myself before God and allow Him to direct my pathway as I endeavor to bring hope to the world. My life is dedicated to living out my divine calling to preach and teach subjects as God instructs me. It is my honor to offer this website to you for advice, guidance, comfort, and education. I hope that all who visit will be excited about all God is doing in the lives of His people. I am unashamedly and unapologetically Pan African, African American, and Christian. I was born in the United States of America. I love my country and pray that we will collectively strive for a more perfect union!
I pray that my life will inspire and illustrate what God can do when you place your life in the Master’s Hands!!

Received her secular education from the following institutions: Lincoln University, University of Delaware, and the University of Kent at Canterbury in Canterbury, England, United Kingdom. Professor Marshall received numerous fellowships to study Chinese and Russian Languages. Professor Marshall studied at Kalinin Polytechnical Institute, Kalinin University, in the Former Soviet Union, and the Mandarin Training Center, National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan, the Republic of China and at Norwich University’s Intensive Russian Language School.

Received her religious education from the following institutions: Palmer Theological Seminary, Eastern University, in Pennsylvania, Candler School of Theology, Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia, McAfee School of Theology, Mercer University, Atlanta, Georgia, Calvary Baptist Institute, Dover, Delaware and Victory College of Ministry, Stone Mountain, Georgia.
Accomplishments:

First African American woman ever to receive the British Council’s Chevening Scholarship to study in the United Kingdom.

Recipient, Lincoln University’s coveted “Rising Star” award for outstanding alumni.

Chairman, Friends of Capital School District Referendum Committee (Organized the passage of 130-million-dollar referendum) (2019)

Delegate to a NATO Conference in Brussels to develop a course of action for the UN conducted Peacekeeping missions in Bosnia.

Former Outreach director and a Research Generalist for the Delaware State University’s University Center for Economic Development and International Trade (UCEDIT).

One of the principal organizers of the 2003 Affirmative Action March on Washington where over 50, 000 people participated. Prof. Marshall had the honor to address the crowd on the steps of the Supreme Court while the famous case, Grutter v. Bollinger, 539 U.S. 306 (2003), a landmark case was argued in which the United States Supreme Court upheld the affirmative action admissions policy of the University of Michigan Law School.

Organized an International African Summit where her keynote speaker was the notable Ambassador Andrew Young. The International African Summit drew some of the most prominent thinkers and activists of our time, notably the prolific writer and psychologist Asa Hilliard, Njoki Njehu, Executive director, 50 years is Enough, Marie Clark Brille, National Coordinator, Jubilee Network and Salih Booker, Executive Director of Africa Action formerly the Washington Office on Civil Rights.

A part of the United States national committee that wrote and influenced the passage of the Tuberculosis, Malaria and HIV/AIDS Act in which President George W. Bush signed into law. This committee also successfully lobbied for the inclusion of a debt relief measure.

Prof. Marshall has traveled extensively to over 30 countries and has lived in Eastern Europe, Western Europe, and Asia.
